3. Cookies used on this website
This website is a static application built with Astro and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not use its own session, authentication, or tracking cookies; its only first-party cookie stores the language the user chooses. The only cookies present are those described below.
3.1 Technical and security cookies (no consent required)
These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function and to protect it against malicious automated traffic. Their use is covered by Article 22.2 of the LSSI, which exempts from the consent requirement those cookies that are necessary to provide the service requested.

3.2 Web analytics (cookieless)
To measure the website's traffic in aggregate, AIRES uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies or store any information on the user's device. It does not collect personal data, track users across websites, or build profiles. Measurements are anonymous and aggregated (page views, traffic sources, and performance metrics) and do not identify specific individuals.
Because it neither uses cookies nor processes personal data, this service does not require the user's prior consent.

5. Legal basis
The use of technical cookies is based on Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI), which permits their use without consent where they are strictly necessary to provide the service or to ensure its security. The analytics service used (Cloudflare Web Analytics) neither uses cookies nor processes personal data, and is therefore not subject to consent either.

AIRES reserves the right to update this cookie policy whenever there are changes to the technologies used, the applicable regulations, or the services deployed on the website. The current version will always be available on this page, together with the date of its last update.
